Do I need to be present at home during my cleaning service?
No, your presence is not required during the cleaning service. Even if you’re not at home, you can still provide access for the professional. For instance, you can conveniently leave a spare key in a secure location and inform the professional in advance of your
scheduled booking time.
Note:Please ensure keys are stored securely to prevent unauthorized entry into your home. Neatly Nestor Cleaning and its staff cannot be held liable.
Are cleaning equipment provided by me?
No, there is no need for you to provide any cleaning equipment. Our
skilled professionals come fully equipped with all the necessary
tools and materials needed for the job.
Is the service pet-friendly?
Yes, our service is pet-friendly.
However, if you anticipate your pet may become anxious, we kindly
request that you keep it on a leash to ensure the utmost safety and
security.
How will the professionals clean hard-to-reach areas?
Our professionals can only clean areas that are easily accessible, as
we prioritize both your safety and our own. We will never step on
furniture or appliances to reach high or inaccessible areas. In certain
cases, a stool or ladder may be used if it is deemed safe to do so.
Can the cleaner utilize my environmentally-friendly products instead of their standard chemicals?
Yes, upon request, our cleaner can make use of your preferred green
products or equipment. However, please be aware that if you choose
to provide your own cleaning equipment, our company cannot be
held responsible for any damage caused by your equipment or
products and the agreed cleaning cost will not change, without
exception.
Will the professionals remove mold?
While our team of professionals always strives to provide the best
possible results, we cannot guarantee complete removal of mold as
it can be highly persistent and challenging to eradicate.
Will the professionals move furniture, if necessary?
Our professionals are not equipped to move heavy furniture. They
can only move small and light furniture that is within the designated
cleaning area, if deemed necessary. If you require the moving of
heavy furniture, we can make arrangements for an additional cost
and assign team members who are specifically trained for such
tasks.
How frequently should I schedule cleaning for my home?
The frequency of cleaning depends on your individual needs. We
offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning services for both
residential and business purposes.
Can I request additional services after making a booking?
Certainly! You have the flexibility to discuss any additional requests
either prior to or upon the arrival of our professionals to deliver the
service.
Can I request the same professional for future bookings if I am satisfied with their service?
Absolutely. If you rate a professional with 5 stars, the app will
prompt you to rebook the service with the same individual for your
next appointment.
Simply select “YES” and we will do our best to ensure you receive
the same professional.
Is any damage caused by our professionals during the cleaning covered by insurance?
Indeed. If you discover any damages during or after the service, please contact us immediately. It’s important to note that Neatly
Nestor Cleaning is only responsible for addressing claims of damage
within 48 hours after the completion of the service.
